1. When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s tracking page. You can also log into your account on our website to check order status.

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
4. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $39. For orders under $39, shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be shown at checkout.
5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?

7. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in original condition. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and approved.
